Orders placed after December 15 may not arrive before Christmas. Please select a premium shipping option if you require your products before December 24.

Curbside Pickup

Information

Orders can be picked up at 2824 Gilroy Street, Los Angeles, CA, 90039 between 7 AM and 3 PM on business days. It usually takes 2 hours to prepare orders for pickup. Upon arrival at the pickup location, please call (323) 662-9313 so we can bring your order to you.

Rates

Curbside pickup is free-of-charge, however, if an order is not picked up after 1 week, your order will be cancelled and refunded, less a $5.00 cancellation/non-pickup fee.

Domestic Shipping

Information

Orders under 10 pounds are shipped with UPS Surepost(unless a premium shipping option is selected)where UPS delivers the package to your local post office and USPS completes the delivery. 

Orders over 10 pounds will be shipped with UPS ground(unless a premium shipping option is selected) and will be delivered entirely by UPS.

Some orders may be fulfilled and shipped by Amazon as well.

Shipping rates are determined by shipment location and weight. Due to the varying cost of shipping for each package, we are unable to offer free shipping.

Any Import fees/duties are not included in the price and may need to be paid by the customer
